Product Review: Good rug, long wait
This rug is lovely, really deep colour and super-soft feel. Overall the quality of the product is fabulous. The negative is I had to wait 3 weeks for the rug to arrive after it was promised within a week. This is a shame as the customer service was poor but the product itself is great.
