• MATERIAL: This anti slip underlay is a feece type material that has been treated with a special patented formula to ensure that it stops your rug or runner moving. The depth of the underlay is around 3mm. There is no glue used on this product an so it will not damage your flooring, it is simply friction based.
• WIDTH: The width of the anti slip runner is available 60cm & 100cm. It does not need to cover the full width of the runner but it needs to cover at least 2/3 in order to work effectively. You can run two lengths side by side and it will work the same, on large rugs you would need to do it in 2 or 3 pieces.
• WHAT SIZE TO ORDER: Here are some examples. RUG SIZE: 80cm x 150cm (order 5ft x 60cm), RUG SIZE: 120cm x 170cm (order 2 pieces of 5ft x 60cm and run side by side), RUG SIZE: 160cm x 220cm (order 2 pieces of 5ft x 100cm and run side by side), RUNNER SIZE: 300cm x 70cm (order 10ft x 60cm). You just need to cover the majority of the rug, you can cut with kicthen scissors if too big.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: To apply you simply lay the underlay onto the flooring then put the rug or runner on top of the underlay, then apply some pressure so that the underlay grabs to both the flooring and rug. Product Review: It damages the wooden floor
It really stickes to the floor but unfortunately it's not suitable to a wooden one. If you try to lift it up it will leave a sticky substance on the wood which is impossible to get rid of.
