Product Review: 2nd time lucky!!
We ordered this item 10 months ago and it was delivered well packaged and promptly. It's a lovely looking rug and fitted the area required beautifully. However, there were creases in it as a result of the way it had been rolled. We thought it would flatten over time, but despite trying every available product on the market, 10 months later there were still creases, that tripped us up.!! We contacted the seller - Sussex Flooring, who immediately arranged a replacement and we did not have to return the original. The replacement was pefect. I just wish we had contacted them earlier! I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and efficient and I would use them in future without hesitation
